work and power points to treat the whole body. The combination of
giving and receiving this work will change your entire body in 3
days. Learn to take the "work" out of massage. Details
- Thai Massage I for the Spa and Table
-
Often referred to as the "Lazy Man's Yoga," Traditional Thai Massage is
traditionally done on a mat, with the clothes on and no oils. For this
class however, we have created a very special protocol to be performed
on the table - spa-style. With all of the rhythm and grace of
the traditional old world style - this treatment will also be performed
clothed - and can be adapted for anywhere between a ½ hour and a 1-1/2
hour treatment. It was designed specifically with the therapist in
mind as well, since our health and body awareness as professionals should
also be a prime factor. This massage should prove to be a winner for
the spas and when done properly should feel almost as good to give it -
as it is to receive it! Details
- Traditional Thai Massage II (Nuad Bo Rarn — Samoon Plai Thai)
-
Another step in the arts of yoga-style massage - this class will
be expanding on the foundation of what we learned in Traditional
Thai Massage - Nuad Bo Rarn. We will explore the Sen lines, study more
theory and specific treatment points, learn new working positions
and more advanced stretches. Included in this class will be side-lying
techniques, as well as specific treatments for headache, backache, etc.
Then you will learn about the Thai Herbs and make warm, steaming herb
balls for Herbal Thai Massage (Samoon Plai Thai) and relax in the herbal
sauna. Review your Thai I techniques and come join us - progress
to a higher level of competence and knowledge! Details

- Thai Massage Foot Reflexology
-
Every ancient culture has their form of Foot Reflexology for treatment
and relaxation. 2,000-year- old Traditional Thai Foot Reflexology is an
exceptional example. Today, as in ancient times, it is performed in the
temples, in the spas, in the markets and in the hospitals ~ on a mat on
the floor, on a table or in a reclining chair. Did you ever wonder why
it feels so good when somebody rubs our feet? Our two feet are a
holographic-type image reflecting our whole body. So when we balance and
treat the feet ~ we balance and treat the whole body. Details
